How do I change my password?
Initially, you’ll receive an automated email from noreply@spectrio.com containing a temporary password. After logging in, click your profile icon in the bottom-left corner of your screen, then select Change Password to update.
Do I have to wait until my device is delivered and set up before I’m able to log in and arrange my music?
No. You can log into the app and begin choosing music as soon as the app is installed. Your device will still need to be set up, but you’re able to prepare playlists beforehand.
If I have multiple locations, how do I change between them?
At the bottom of your dashboard, you’ll see a Store Fronts tab. From here, you can select the desired location.
How do I know my player is working properly?
There’s a heart icon on the right side of the dashboard. If it’s green and reads Healthy, your player is properly connected and receiving updates. If it’s red and reads Not checking in, your player has connectivity issues and is not receiving updates.
How do I change my stations?
There are two options:
- One-Touch Station Change from the dashboard.
- Using the Stations tab from the left-hand menu.
Can I create a station?
Yes. You’re able to create and customize a station based on genre of choice.
Can I exclude an artist or song(s)?
Yes. You’re able to exclude specific artists or songs from your station playlist or recommendations.
Can I set a default station?
Yes. When your device arrives, the default station is typically set to 70tNow (unless specified otherwise on the sales order).
To change this, use Set Default under the Stations tab in the left-hand menu.
Note: Default stations will play when a device goes offline.
