Logging into Your Account

Standard Login

To login:

1. Launch grrid.biz and login to your account.
2. Enter your Username and Password.
   • If applicable, you’ll use the temporary password you received via email from [e-mail].

Login Issues

If you’ve forgotten your login credentials, you can reset your password.

To do so:

1. Launch grrid.biz and click Forgot Username or Password? under the Sign In button.
2. Enter the requested information and click Reset.
3. You’ll receive further instruction and a temporary password via email from [e-mail].

Note: If you have forgotten or are needing to reset your Username, you’ll need to contact Support at [e-mail].
